Please take time to read the following in order to make the process go as smoothly as possible.

1. To start your order, you will need to check the availability of your wedding date.  Unavailable dates are listed to the right.

2. If you have never been to our bakery before, we recommend coming and buying some cupcakes to be sure it is for you.  Our cupcake flavors have the same butter creams and cake as your cake will be.  You will not be able to try every flavor that way, but you will get an idea on whether or not it is for you.

3. If your date is available, and you have committed to B.K. Bakery for yor cake, then you will then need to email us (info@bkbakery.com) the following information:

•      Date of wedding

•      Location name

•      Delivery address

•      Reception start time

•      Number of people you expect to serve

•      Daytime phone number

•      Email address

•      Flavors interested in (please choose 3 flavors to be sampled in the consultation)

•      An idea of the cake design you are interested in

4. We will then contact you to set up a consultation. For your consultation be sure to bring pictures, drawings, colors, or anything else to illustrate what you are wanting in your cake design.

5. Cake pricing is solely based on complexity of design.  There is a $300 minimum price on all wedding cakes.  If you are working on a limited budget, we have other options available to help make your day elegant and memorable.

6. A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to reserve the date.  This must be completed within 5 days after the consultation.

7. Full payment is required 1 month prior to your wedding date.

8. The delivery fee is included in the price of the cake.
